These keto mozzarella stuffed dough balls are made with our keto fathead pizza dough which can be found in the sides section.

The dough balls are stuffed with mozzarella then baked until golden on the outside and oozy in the center – perfect as a snack or side.

Please note the prep time does not include the time taken to prep the dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • ½ servings keto fathead pizza base

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 even portions and roll into individual balls.
  3. Press the center of each ball with your thumb to create a deep indentation. Tear the mozzarella into bite sized chunks and divide evenly between the center of each of the dough balls. Roughly a teaspoon of mozzarella in each.
  4. Fold the dough up around the mozzarella and roll back into a ball shape, securing the mozzarella in the center.
  5. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes until golden brown all over and the cheese has melted.
