About

It’s nice to have a simple, but high calorie snack that is easy to take on-the-go. These bars are perfect as they are high in super healthy fats. This recipe was created so you can throw coconut flakes, walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, pecans and more into a food processor…blitz and bake in a pan! I love the addition of some dark chocolate squares if you’re looking for a chocolate fix. There is also some cinnamon and black pepper which gives the bars a little spice! These would be great for breakfast too!
