I simply love these candied pecans!! They make your house smell so good and comforting. The candied pecans smell and taste like they should be really bad for you, but you can feel good about them because are very low in carbs! I also like to eat them as a snack because the nuts help me stay full and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon organic stevia blend by pyure
  • 1 teaspoon molasses, robust or mild
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large egg white egg whites
  • 3 cup, halves pecans
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine Pyure, molasses, cinnamon and egg white together. Stir well.
  2. Mix in pecans until thoroughly coated with cinnamon mixture.
  3. Place pecans on a baking sheet and spread them apart with a spoon. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until browned. Let them cool completely. Once cooled, they will crisp up and be very addictive!
