These are super simple and delicious! I love how the peanut butter blends with the cream cheese to make an indulgent treat! You can use them in replacement for a fat bomb even! Look for a peanut butter powder with no sugar added.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 tablespoon all natural powdered peanut butter by pb & m'e
  • 5 tablespoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
  • 15 regular piece chocolate chips, sugar free

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered peanut butter, and sweetener.
  2. Combine with a hand mixer until smooth, creamy and fluffy. Chill until firm at least an hour.
  3. Scoop mixture out into mounds and roll them into balls.
  4. Place one dark chocolate sugar-free chip on top of each. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
