This simple keto nut butter recipe is packed with lightly toasted pecans and a generous pinch of sea salt.

Perfect spread over keto toast. You can also add in a low carb sweetener if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup chopped pecans by diamond
  • 1 teaspoon salt, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped pecans to a dry skillet over a low/medium heat. Toast gently for 4-5 minutes until fragrant, stirring often.
  2. Transfer the toasted pecans to a food processor along with the salt.
  3. Blend until semi smooth. You will need to scrape down the food processor at intervals and allow it to cool if it starts to get hot. Store in a clean sealable jar in the fridge.
