Instructions

  1. Place your pepperoni slices on a microwave-safe plate lined with a paper towel. Microwave the plate on high for 45-60 seconds – until the pieces are crispy and the edges are turned up.
  2. Before eating, you can use another paper towel to soak up excess grease. The pepperoni chips here are being enjoyed with keto tapenade!
