Have a snack ready to go in less than 10 minutes! Salty prosciutto is layered with a mix of whipped cream cheese and pesto sauce, as well as a slice of whole milk mozzarella cheese. Easy peasy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese, whipped, plain
  • 2 teaspoon pesto sauce, store bought
  • 4 slice prosciutto
  • 2 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Quickly mix together the cream cheese and pesto into a small bowl.
  2. Lay 4 slices of prosciutto on a flat surface and spread about a ½ TB of pesto cream cheese across each slice. Slice the mozzarella cheese slices in half, and lay a piece in the center of each prosciutto slice.
  3. Simply roll up the prosciutto and enjoy!
