Pinwheels make such a fantastic snack! It’s an efficient way to fill up on your fat and protein, but you can choose from a variety of keto fillings! You may consider these pinwheels a little “fancy” compared to other recipes, and you’ll enjoy every bite! You can also make these pinwheels in bulk for a party appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce prosciutto
  • 1 ¼ ounce capicola
  • 2 ounce cream cheese
  • ¼ ounce arugula
  • ½ ounce mild banana pepper rings by mt olive

Instructions

  1. Create the first layer of prosciutto by laying them across a flat surface, slightly overlapping each other. Lay 4-6 pieces of capicola across the prosciutto.
  2. Spread the cream cheese across one side of the capicola (you can soften it first) as pictured. Layer the arugula and banana peppers across the cream cheese as well.
  3. Starting from the side with the filling, gently roll the prosciutto and capicola into a tight roll. Slice 6 pinwheels from the roll. Enjoy!
