These super tasty roll ups are stuffed with shredded mozzarella and our keto tomato, olive and basil compound butter.

The total recipe prep time includes the time it takes to prepare the butter minus setting, as you will want the butter soft and spreadable.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices prosciutto di parma by taglio fresco
  • 2 tablespoon, grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 servings (per tablespoon) keto tomato, olive and basil compound butter

Instructions

  1. Arrange the ham slices, and dividing the butter evenly, spread a generous layer over each slice.
  2. Sprinkle half a tablespoon of the shredded mozzarella over each buttered ham slice.
  3. Roll the ham slice up tightly into a cylinder shape and refrigerate until ready to serve.
