This sweet and creamy fudge is the perfect blend of healthy fats and warming spices.

Great for snacking or a post dinner treat, this is perfect for stashing in the fridge, ready to grab and go!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, ground
  • ½ teaspoon spices nutmeg ground
  • ¼ cup almond butter, unsalted
  • ¼ cup organic pumpkin puree by pacific
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves, ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a 6 x 4 inch dish or mould with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the lined dish and transfer to the fridge for a minimum of two hours or until set.
  3. Slice into 8 squares to serve.
