Want the most addicting snack in under 7 minutes? This avocado hummus comes together in a snap. Just 6 ingredients makes a keto hummus that’s creamy, cool, and just a little spicy. You can top it off with toasted sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime juice, or fresh cilantro!

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce hass avocado
  • ½ tablespoon tahini
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large – approx 4" – 6" long jalapeno peppers
  • ⅓ cup, chopped cilantro
  • ½ each – juice from one lime lime juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Discard the avocado nut and skin, as well as the seeds and stem of the jalapeno.
  2. Enjoy with Carb Manager Bacon Chips, Cheese Crisps, or Keto Tostadas!
