About
This Thai Peanut Sauce is a perfect topping for veggie stir-fry, sushi, salads, or a yummy way to add some fat to an Asian-inspired keto meal! The original recipe here makes about ½ cup total, which can be enjoyed cold or warm.
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- 1 package stevia leaf noncaloric sweetener (green packet)
- ½ teaspoon sambal oelek paste of chili by rooster
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- ½ tablespoon ginger
- 1 ½ tablespoon coriander leaf, fresh
- 2 tablespoon warm water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except for the water, in a small pot over low heat. Whisk together until you have a smooth, thick sauce that is heated through.
- Whisk in the water and immediately remove the pot from the stovetop. You can use more water for a thinner sauce at your discretion. Enjoy your sauce warm or cold!
