Ingredients
- 2 cup, cut pieces collard greens
- ¾ cup, sliced radish, raw
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoon lemon peel
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Slice the radishes and the garlic and add to the pan. Sautéing for two minutes until tender.
- Add the sliced collard greens to the pan along with the lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well to combine and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
