The newest Korean coffee craze is here is super easy to make and keto. It is also customizable. Add any sweetener you like, just taste the mixture before frothing (adding more or less if necessary). Any milk will work too, if you’re dairy-free. Feel free to add MCT oil to the coffee before frothing.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 Tablespoon boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
  • 5 ounce almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine coffee, boiling water and sweetener. Taste adjusting sweetness.
  2. Using a whisk, froth mixture vigorously until foamy and soft peaks form.
  3. Pour milk into a glass and spoon foamed coffee on top. Enjoy immediately!
