One of my favorite things to eat is a meat and cheese platter. It’s nice to know on the keto diet you don’t have to limit yourself to tasty things such as these! I like to find marcona almonds that are rosemary flavored, but regular ones are just fine too. This snack is high in calories and satisfying to get your through until meal time.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce calabrese salame by columbus
  • 1 ½ oz gouda cheese
  • ¼ cup marcona almonds with rosemary by trader joe's

Instructions

  1. Place salami on a small plate along with cubed gouda cheese and marcona almonds!
