This simple and easy snack is like a tuna salad, but you don’t need any bread to enjoy it! All you have to do is slice a few pickles in half, and they make the perfect dipping vessels. At your discretion, you can amp up your dip with paprika, garlic, fresh herbs, and anything else you can think of!

Ingredients

  • ½ can – each 5 ounce net weight canned tuna
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ⅛ cup mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon, whole pieces dill weed, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 ounce baby dill pickles by milwaukee's

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pickles. You can adjust the seasonings to your personal taste. Make sure to add any additional ingredients you include in your nutritional log. Transfer this mix to a small serving bowl for dipping.
  2. Slice approximately 3 baby dill pickles (3 oz) into halves. Arrange the pickle dippers in your tuna salad dip and enjoy!
