Guacamole is such a delicious snack full of healthy, satisfying fats! Serve with keto-friendly almond crackers or veggies.
Ingredients
- 6 ½ ounce avocado
- ½ tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
- 2 tablespoon, chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoon, chopped red onion
- 4 tablespoon cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add in avocado and lime juice. Mash avocado and lime together. I like to use a nice ripe avocado and one on the firmer side which I can dice up so there will be larger pieces of avocado within the mash.
- Add in finely diced tomatoes and red onion. Add in coarsely chopped cilantro. Also, add the salt.
- Mix together gently. Taste and adjust with more salt or lime juice as needed for your preference.
