What other Keto foods can you use to garnish your Bloody Mary?

Of course, you can always modify the spices and flavorings used on the shrimp and cheeseburger garnishes to your taste. If you want less animal protein, include garnishes like stuffed olives, pickled veggies, peppers, slices of pickle, and cubes of cheese. The chorizo bites, buffalo chicken bites, or firecracker shrimp are all good options as well.

How to make the Bloody Mary?

Whisk together the tomato juice, lime juice, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and vodka. You may also choose to add the vodka individually to each glass instead of including it in the Bloody Mary mix.

Ingredients

  • 4 large shrimp raw
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoning by old bay
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 ounce smoked bacon
  • 5 ounce ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce pepper jack cheese
  • 16 fluid ounce tomato juice
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
  • 4 tablespoon pickle juice by the pickle house
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 fluid ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce celery

Instructions

  1. Peel, devein, and pat the shrimp dry, then toss them in the old bay and garlic powder seasonings. Heat a ½ tsp olive oil per piece of shrimp in a pan over medium heat. Cook the shrimp in the oil for just 2 minutes per side – until the protein is just cooked through and the seasonings are sealed in place.
  2. Transfer the shrimp aside, return the pan to the stove, and cook thick strips of bacon to a crisp on both sides. Once the bacon has cooled for a minute, cut them into equal pieces for the Bloody Marys. Leave any excess bacon grease in the pan and return it to your stove once more.
  3. To make the mini burgers, combine the ground beef in a small mixing bowl with the seasoned salt, pepper, onion powder, and mayonnaise. Form the ground beef into equal portions by flattening them into ¾-inch patties, then cook in the pan until done – about 3-4 minutes per side. When you flip the burgers over, lay ¼ oz pepper jack cheese over each burger to melt as they finish cooking, then set the finished burgers aside to cool with the shrimp and bacon.
  4. Make the Bloody Mary mix by whisking together all remaining ingredients except for the celery. Additionally, create skewers of your garnished for the Bloody Marys. At the top of each skewer should be the shrimp, followed by the bacon, a burger, and then ¼ oz piece of celery at the bottom.
  5. Fill glasses with ice. Pour in about 5 oz of Bloody Mary mix with the vodka included over each glass of ice. Add a garnish skewer to each glass and enjoy!
